The “SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE” competition is about recording passengers’ experience from using track-based modes of transport. Five (5) passenger creative efforts will be shown on the new STASY corporate website by making a single video of all material sent by participants. The competition is not intended to professionals in the field and, therefore, videos will be chosen on the basis of the company’s criteria.
Entries shall be deemed to fulfil the necessary requirements if:
One (1) electronic file (video-clip) is submitted in digital format. Electronic files will be sent via Wetransfer to [email protected].
Videos must be accompanied by the signed “APPLICATION FOR PARTICIPATION – CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA” posted on the competition website. All participants must attach the signed “APPLICATION FOR PARTICIPATION – CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA” to the material sent; otherwise they cannot participate in the competition. If one or more of these requirements are not met or are inaccurate, the participation shall be automatically cancelled.
Competition participants must comply with the applicable laws, particularly the provisions on personal data protection, with regard to any video recording of individuals. In the event that persons are shown in the video, the written consent of (statutory statement) of the persons shown is a prerequisite for participating.
Only persons older than 18 years are entitled to participate.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Video files must have an MP4 or MOV format/encoding (H.264/AVC, HEVC/H.265), 720p or 1080p resolution, with a size less than 100 Megabyte and a length of up 20 seconds. The video must be recorded in a horizontal frame with a 16:9 display ratio, in order for the material to qualify for publication on our website.
Copyright: By submitting the material, participants and ultimate competition winners assign to STASY continuously, irrevocably, perpetually and throughout the world, all the expropriable intellectual property rights in their works, in particular the rights of publication, communication to the public, use, publishing, reproduction, except for commercial exploitation. The organisers are required to clearly indicate the names of the authors in any public display of the works. The name stated by the participant as the creator of the material will be mentioned in the end credits of the uniform STASY video.
Participation in the Competition shall imply unconditional acceptance of all the above terms and conditions and the consequent waiver of all relevant claims, demands and rights against the Organiser.
These terms are governed and supplemented by Greek law. The Courts of Athens shall be competent to resolve any dispute relating to the competition.
