Passenger Service Department

All travels by public transport shall be governed by the rules of transportation for passengers, under the National and European provisions. The Organization “Transport for Athens” implements a number of measures taking into account the peculiarities and the needs of passengers aiming at their smooth and safe transportation by public transport. Please visit the Passenger Service Department to get information about your track-based transports, rates and validity of tickets and cards and make any comments.

The department is located at the “Syntagma” station, next to the Syntagma Square exit.

A new office of the Passenger Service Department now operates at “PIRAEUS” Metro station, in order to inform the public about the transportation possibilities towards the Eleftherios Venizelos Airport with Metro Line 3.  The new office operates from Monday to Friday, from 07:00 until 22:00.
