Four organized parking facilities are available to Metro users:

  • At SYGROU-FIX Station a controlled underground Parking Facility and a Bus Transfer Station operating on a 24-hour basis.
  • At HALANDRI Station a controlled open-air parking facility.
  • At NOMISMATOKOPIO Station a controlled underground Parking Facility and a Bus Transfer Station operating on a 24-hour basis.
  • At AGIA MARINA Station a controlled Parking Facility consisted of many floors and a Bus Transfer Station.
  • At Kerameikos Station.

The parking rates render the Metro parking facilities particularly attractive to Metro users, since high-quality services are provided at a relatively low cost. For any information on the operation of the parking facilities, please contact the Passenger Information and Communication Office.

Finally, non-controlled parking facilities are available in KATEHAKI, ETHNIKI AMYNA and DOUKISSIS PLAKENTIAS Stations.

Sugrou - Fix Station (642 places)

The controlled underground parking facility of SYNGROU-FIX Station has a total capacity of 642 parking places and operates on a 24-hour basis through an automated entrance/ payment / exit system, while a Reception and a Cash Desk are located on the ground floor.

This is a six-level parking facility directly connected with SYNGROU-FIX Metro Station through an underground passage. Information on vacancies is displayed on electronic boards, while the facility is monitored through Closed Circuit Television System (CCTV) ensuring, thus, safety of the passengers and their vehicles. Special parking places for motorcycles are available on each level.

SYNGROU-FIX parking facility is fully accessible to Persons with Special Needs (PSNs), since special PSN parking places, ramps, escalators and lifts are available on each level.

PARKING RATES

Nomismatokopio Station (604 places)

The controlled underground parking facility of Nomismatokopio Station has a total capacity of 604 parking places and operates on a 24-hour basis through an automated entrance/ payment / exit system.

This is a three-level parking facility directly connected with Nomismatokopio Metro Station. Information on vacancies is displayed on electronic boards, while the facility is monitored through Closed Circuit Television System (CCTV) ensuring, thus, safety of the passengers and their vehicles. Special parking places for motorcycles are available on each level.

Nomismatokopio parking facility is fully accessible to Persons with Special Needs (PSNs), since special PSN parking places, ramps, escalators and lifts are available on each level.

Citizens now have the opportunity to park their vehicles there and use the metro to go quickly and reliably to their destination in order to avoid the congestion in the center of Athens

Halandri Station (280 places)

The controlled open-air parking facility of HALANDRI Station is of a total capacity of 280 places.
Opening hours Monday – Τhursday 06:00 - 01:00, Friday - Saturday 06:00 - 03:00During Sundays and holidays, the Parking Facility remains closed.

PARKING RATES

Agia Marina Station (383 places)

The controlled parking facility of Agia Marina Station has a total capacity of 383 parking places of which 19 are intended for Persons with Special Needs (PSNs).  Opening hours Monday – Thursday 05:15 - 01:00 of the following day and Friday- Saturday 05:15 – 03:00 of the following day. During Sundays and holidays, the Parking Facility remains closed. It operates through an automated entrance/ payment / exit system.

The parking facility consists of a basement,  a ground floor, three floors above ground and a roof  and  it is directly connected with Agia Marina Metro Station. Information on vacancies is displayed on electronic boards, while the facility is monitored through Closed Circuit Television System (CCTV) ensuring, thus, safety of the passengers and their vehicles.

Agia Marina parking facility is fully accessible to Persons with Special Needs (PSNs), since special PSN parking places, ramps and lifts are available on each level.
